Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you would like to return your item/s please email us within 15 days of purchase at creativejivesco@gmail.com with your order number and we will issue you a RMA so you can return the item/s for either a full refund (less shipping) or a store credit to be used towards a future purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs UNLESS the return is due to our error, in which case we will issue you a prepaid label for return.
All items must be returned in original condition before any refunds will be issued. If your item is received more than 30 days after purchase we can only issue a store credit or a refund for the purchase price less a 10% service charge.We apologize, no refunds can be given on personalized items.

Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your item/s please email us within 15 days of receipt at creativejivesco@gmail.com with your order number and we will issue you a RMA so you can return the item/s for a credit to be used towards a future purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
All items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser's expense before any exchanges will be processed. We apologize, no refunds can be given on personalized items.

Shop Policies

Domestic Shipping
Typically it will take 2-5 days for your item to arrive once shipped. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped.  

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. 

 

Items that are lost or damaged during transit
All orders over $100 in the US are shipped with insurance. If your package is damaged you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Return Policy
