What if this is a gift?

If you want to send a gift, please have the gift recipient's correct address as the shipping address at check out. I will include a gift card at no extra charge: please use the contact form to let me know the recipient’s name and include a brief message for the card. 

What if my item is lost or damaged in transit?

If your package is damaged you should notify us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue at no cost to you. If your package is lost you must file a claim with USPS to resolve this. We will assist you as needed. We are a small studio and if you are worried about an item being lost or damaged please contact us before purchase to arrange insurance.

Is my information secure?

At Creative Jives Co. we respect your need for privacy and therefore will never share your personal information with a third party. 

Do you accept returns?

Yes! Your satisfaction is very important to us you can read our full policy on returns and exchanges here. If you are dissatisfied with your item please contact us within 30 days of receipt of item. All items must be returned in original condition at the purchaser's expense before any refunds will be issued. We apologize, no refunds can be given on personalized items, please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order.
